Ages 6-12 (Elementary Age)

  • Having family dinners increased intake of fruits and vegetables and reduced fried foods, trans fats, and sodas.
  • Children feel more connected to siblings and parents. (Love this)

  • Teenagers who eat family dinners, they found are less likely to do behaviors like, smoking, substance abuse, eating disorders, teenage pregnancy and violence.

May 7th – Daily Prayer

Month of May we are PRAYING for our Pastors and Leaders

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

Dear Lord, I pray that our Pastors and Leaders Health would be at the forefront of their minds. Their physical bodies are not their own, they were bought with a price. We pray they will honor YOU with their Bodies.
