My husband and I have had a lot of decisions in our lives that need answers lately. And we don’t have answers to our questions. As we wait on the Lord, we know we will get an answer but it is hard to remind ourselves that God’s timing is not always our timing. We pray and He hears us, but that doesn’t mean we will receive what we want when we want. The reasons why are not always known. But the purpose for why we can’t control and dictate God is because we are NOT God. There is only ONE true God and that is not us. Praise God it is not us, can you only imagine a human trying to solve the worlds problems, answers prayers and provide a redeemer and thus grace to all?

Wait on the Lord!  Wait on the Lord! I keep telling myself this! It can be easier said then done! Be strong and take heart! And wait on the Lord!

Dear Lord, I thank you that as I wait you strengthen my heart! You strengthen me! And remind me of your goodness, grace and wisdom! Lord, I give you the decisions that we are trying to make and release them from my tight grip into your all knowing hands! Thank you for your plan and purpose for our lives!

Join me as we give over our questions, needs and desire to God, and wait for Him! He will strengthen our hearts as we wait!
